When people talk about their coworking tech stack, what are the core pieces it has to cover — management platform, booking, billing and payments, access control, Wi-Fi, member comms? Curious which are genuinely essential from day one versus things you can add later as you grow.
I’d think about it this way: a coworking tech stack only needs to cover the core member journey well — joining, booking, paying, getting access, and staying informed. Everything beyond that can be added as the business grows. Early on, the smartest setup is usually the one that keeps operations simple and dependable, not the one with the most tools.
